The reception staff were helpful, friendly, and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had good temperature control. The breakfast had plenty of fruit and was ample.
There was nothing I didn't like.

Had a great Easter weekend! Absolutely loved the rooftop pool and spa, which were the perfect spots to relax after a long day of exploration. the hotel's location couldn't be better - just a stone's throw away from the main attractions of the city. the room was spacious and clean, with an incredibly comfortable bed.
Breakfast was a bit of a letdown. the food didn't seem to be as fresh as it could have been, and the selection was somewhat limited.

The hotel's proximity to shops and restaurants is scarce, and the abandoned mall across the street doesn't help. the room's furniture is average and shows signs of wear and tear. the air conditioning system operates on a strict on and off basis; there's no temperature control. the hotel's staff is friendly and helpful, and the room is kept clean with a comfortable bed.
There's no soundproofing on the windows, making outside noise easily audible.

The room was spotless and the bed was cozy and soft. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of fruits and other options to start the day. The hotel had a strategic location, close to the bus station, making it easy to get in and out of the city.
The noise level from outside the hotel wasn't completely blocked out by the windows. Also, the air conditioning didn't seem to be controllable, which made the room too cold at times.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff was very friendly and welcoming, making me feel at home. The location is excellent, close to public transportation and easy to find. The breakfast had plenty of delicious fruit and other options. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.
